The Annual Conference 2024 of Fore Christ Network Africa, held in Webuye, Kenya, was a powerful reminder of our core mission to “go therefore and make disciples of all nations,” as commanded in Matthew 28:19-20. This year, under the guidance of Philip, our director in Kenya, the conference focused on spreading the Gospel to regions that have long been neglected, reaching villages and towns where people are yearning for the truth of Jesus Christ.
Philip shared the profound impact that the teachings of School of Salvation (SOS) and the guidance from Dr. DeCarol and Pastor Jonathan have had on participants. He emphasized that the message of salvation is unchanging, no matter the audience. Whether speaking to university professors or villagers deeply involved in traditional practices, the same Gospel reaches hearts and transforms lives.
The challenges faced in these regions are immense. There are countless people living under demonic influences, with many practicing forms of witchcraft to amaze and deceive the masses. Yet, as Philip and his team shared, they have not hesitated to preach the Gospel boldly, even to those who are deeply entrenched in such practices. God’s power has been at work, replacing hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, as Ezekiel 36:26 describes.
The testimonies coming in from various parts of Kenya reveal a genuine transformation in many lives. People who once lived for themselves are now living for the glory of God. The message of Jesus Christ as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, and that salvation is received only by faith, has been spreading throughout the land.
Philip reported that the team has been moving from village to village, town to town, spreading the Good News. They have encountered people from different cultural and religious backgrounds, yet the Gospel message has remained the same. It is the power of God for salvation to all who believe.
Despite the spiritual challenges, the team has witnessed remarkable changes. People have turned away from dark practices and are now embracing holy living. Philip shared that even in the face of strong demonic influences, nothing can quench the power of the Gospel. God is at work, renewing hearts and creating new lives in Christ.
Spreading Light and Truth: Transforming Lives Across Kenya’s Villages
As the 2024 Annual Conference continues to impact lives across Kenya, Philip calls for continued prayer support. The mission is not over, and there is still much work to be done. As Fore Christ Network Africa continues to expand into deeper regions, they are steadfast in their commitment to preaching the unchanging Gospel of Jesus Christ, bringing light to even the darkest corners.
Praise God for the mighty works being done in Kenya, and for the continued spreading of His Word!
Your Brother,
